When will you respond if I send you an email?

If possible, I try to respond to your emails promptly. I always strive to reply as quickly as possible.

Yes, you can also pay by bank transfer in Euros (SEPA).

After prior agreement, customers from the Czech Republic can pay in Czech Koruna (CZK). Please contact me in advance.

Can I pay on delivery?

Customers from the Czech Republic can pay on delivery in Czech Koruna (CZK). This is not a standard option, so please contact me in advance.

When will I receive the purchased files?

You will usually receive the purchased files immediately after payment. They will be available for download in your account on the e-shop (if you created one). You will also receive a purchase confirmation email.

If you pay for the purchased files by bank transfer, they will be available once the payment is credited to the bank account.

I didn’t receive any email, what should I do?

Please check your SPAM folder and any bulk email folder. If you still can’t find the email, contact me from the email address you used for the purchase.

The downloaded files are password-protected, what should I do?

Use the password sent with the purchase confirmation email.

A part is missing in the downloaded files.

Please check the external storage to see if the missing part is there. If you can’t find it, contact me, and I will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

I have problems with a part or the mechanics.

Contact me via email as soon as possible, and I will try to assist you promptly.

Can I sell the printed model if I purchase 3D printing files?

No. The printed models are for your personal use only.

Can I share the purchased 3D printing files with others?

No. The purchased 3D printing files are for your personal use only. Any further distribution without the author’s consent is illegal.

When will you ship the purchased kit?

I strive to ship the kit as soon as payment is received. Typically, kits are shipped within 3 business days. If there is any delay, I will inform you immediately.

When will I receive the purchased kit?

Delivery depends on the carrier. I choose carriers to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Customs processing may also delay delivery.

Who pays customs duties and VAT for sales outside the EU?

These costs are always borne by the buyer, and the seller is not responsible for them. When selling outside the EU, be aware of potential customs duties and VAT if the thresholds are exceeded.

Who pays VAT for sales outside the EU?

This cost is borne by the buyer. If this situation occurs, VAT will be added during the order process.

What if a part is missing in the kit?

While unlikely, as each kit undergoes a thorough multi-phase inspection, it can happen. If you encounter this issue, please contact me as soon as possible via email.

I need spare parts for the kit.

Critical spare parts are usually included with the kit. If you need more, please contact me.
